The Powerballers Organization has a proven track record of developing athletes for long-term success—both on and off the field. Our staff takes great pride in the Powerballers coaching philosophy, emphasizing that baseball should always be played the right way.

Over the years, our program has thrived by meeting players where they are in their journey and guiding them toward their personal and team goals. From our 10–12U players preparing to transition to the big field, to 13–14U athletes gearing up for high school baseball, to our 15–18U players training to compete at the next level, we provide the systems, structure, and experience needed for growth. With over 250 years of combined coaching experience—from MLB to high school—our staff ensures that every athlete is prepared for their next step.

We believe in competitive roster sizes, practices focused on fundamentals, and game schedules tailored to complement each team’s level of talent. This approach has fueled our success in the Lehigh Valley for more than 11 years.

Progressing your ballplayer’s passion is OUR passion!
